WITH MOM: Thank
you so much for your participation and support of our fellowship day on

Mass and the other activities. Special thanks to Amber Schutle and Jena
Schwaller, coordinators of the Muffins with Mom event. We appreciate YOU!
2022-23 YEARBOOK: Yearbooks for the 22-23 school year will be available in August and must be pre-ordered. Order forms were recently sent home, but if you’ve misplaced yours, and still want to order, just send in $20 per copy to the school office (checks payable to OLOS).
SCHOOL SHIRT/HOODIE/SPIRIT ORDERS: Forms were sent home last week and are also available on the parish/school website. All orders received in the school office by the last day of school will be available at Open House in August.
FEES/BILLS: Fees we will look at as we come up on the end of the year include but are not limited to: preschool fees, extended care fees, lunch fees, out-of-parish tuition, unreturned or damaged books, unserved service hour charges, etc, Final grade cards will be released to families who have all fees paid in full by Monday, May 8th. Re-enrollment for the next school year is contingent upon all fees for the current year being paid in full. If you have any questions, please call the school office.
20 HOURS OF SERVICE: Parents/Guardians – have you fulfilled your 20 service hour obligation? Please get your time logged into the family portal by this Friday, April 28. All unfulfilled service hours will accrue a fee of $10 per hour unserved.
DRIVING STUDENTS: If you drive students other than your own on a field trip, you must have VIRTUS (Protecting God’s Children) training & also must show proof of $100,000/$300,000 insurance coverage.
VIRTUS – PROTECTING GOD’S CHILDREN: All School parents/guardians will be REQUIRED to have VIRTUS training to finalize enrollment their child in OLOS School next school year. This includes BOTH parents. This training is offered online @ virtusonline.org. You simply create and account, specify that you are with “Jefferson City Diocese” and begin the training. It usually takes a little less than two hours total, and you can save your progress and come back to it later, if needed. Thank you!
END OF YEAR PACKET: Enclosed today in this folder is a packet with the fees schedule, 23-24 calendar, one- & two-year physical forms, and supply lists, in case you have misplaced yours. These forms are also available on our school/parish website.
