GOOD LUCK to the JV Boys Ball team – who continue in the Catholic Bowl tournament tomorrow  (Sat.), playing against St. Thomas at 11:00 am in the IC, JC gym. The boys won their first two games in the tournament. They beat IC White last weekend, with a final score of 42-24. Last night they played a great game against St. Joe, JC, beating them by 10, with a final score of 44-34. Come on in to IC tomorrow to cheer our boys on to victory! If the boys would win tomorrow, they would move on to the final game, to be held at Jason Gym, Lincoln University, at 3:30 on Sunday afternoon. Great job, players! We wish you good luck with your weekend games!

Needed: Two volunteer parents/grandparents for Wednesday morning to assist in picture taking – is easy, just making sure hair looks good, helping with flow of classrooms through, etc. Each volunteer will receive a $25 gift certificate to apply to their child’s/grandchild’s picture order. Please call the office or write a note on Monday with your offer to help.

Parents of ALL basketball players and cheer girls: Please return your child’s uniform and any practice jerseys they may have. Please make sure they are freshly washed, place in a bag, with your child’s name inside or on the bag and send to the office. There is a $45 fee for unreturned uniforms, so please get those in now. WE WILL BE TAKING TEAM PICTURES ON WEDNESDAY – SO MAKE SURE THEY HAVE RETURNED THEM BY THEN OR THEY WILL NOT BE IN THE PICTURE!!!!

Picture packets are in today’s folder. Packets are also included for ball teams and cheer. However, we only had enough to send one ball/cheer packet per player. If your child was involved in more than one sport, and you want to order, please attach an additional note outlining the details of the additional order. Thank you! If you are ordering any packets, please return on Monday.

We will be attending Stations of the Cross every Friday throughout Lent at 2:15 pm. Students may leave from church with parent or grandparent, but only with a note from the parent to the classroom teacher. The teacher will then allow the student to bring his/her book bag to church with them.

CHANGE OF DATE:  SCHOOL WILL BE IN SESSION ON MARCH 16. THE TEACHER RETREAT HAS BEEN MOVED TO MARCH 23RD – SO WE WILL BE OFF THAT DAY INSTEAD.

Remember to return your Friday Folder on Monday.
