THE FIRST SUNDAY IN APRIL IS PALM SUNDAY. Because of this, the students will not lead the ministry on Sunday, April 2nd, as previously announced. We will pick up again on the student led weekend Masses in the new school year.

HIGH PRIORITY! THE ONLINE RE-ENROLLMENT PACKET FOR THE 2023-24 SCHOOL YEAR is now available on your family portal. Instructions were sent home recently in the folder, but if you have any questions, please call the school office.  All students with an enrollment packet completed and submitted by Friday, April 14th will receive a bonus dress down pass for the new school year. ALL REGISTRATION FEES will be due at the time of Open House in August. There will be no early registration discount or discount for referrals.

2022-23 YEARBOOK: Yearbooks for the 22-23 school year will be available in August and must be pre-ordered. Order forms were sent home last week, but if you’ve misplaced yours, and still want to order, just send in $20 per copy to the school office (checks payable to OLOS).

STATIONS OF THE CROSS: Our final Stations of the Cross will be sponsored by Mrs. Belshe’s K/1 classroom, who will be presenting the “Shadow” Stations in the GYM next Friday. We encourage you to attend!  We also want to thank Mrs. Werdehausen’s 2nd & 3rd grades and Ms. Grellner’s 4th grade for doing such a great job with the LIVE stations today. We are proud of YOU!

MOM EVENT & DARE: We are calling all MOMS for a special morning of fun, faith, & fellowship on Wednesday, April 19th, beginning with Mass at 8:00 am. After Mass, while the younger students pray the rosary at church, the 4-8 graders will come back over to school for their DARE graduation (beginning @ approximately 8:45 am). Parents can stay and pray with their child at church or move over to school if they have a DARE graduate. After graduation, we will have refreshments and a short activity for students to do with mom. If mom can’t make it, feel free to invite another VIP. And of course, if dad or grandparents want to attend the DARE graduation, we welcome them to do so! (Note - DARE graduation had to be moved from March 31st due to scheduling conflicts.)

EASTER EGG HUNT: We will have our traditional Easter Egg Hunt the Tuesday after Easter, April 11th. This year, the candy-filled eggs will be provided by donors instead of the parents having to send them in. If you have already purchased your eggs or candy, and/or would like to donate, please let Rosie know or send them in by this Monday, March 27th. Thank you!

20 HOURS OF SERVICE: Parents/Guardians – have you fulfilled your 20 service hour obligation? We will be taking a closer look at service hours in the next weeks, so please get your time logged into the family portal. All unfulfilled service hours will accrue a fee of $10 per hour unserved.

DUE TO THREE SNOW DAYS the last day of school is now tentatively set for Wednesday, May 10th, which will be a half day, with awards ceremony and preschool graduation - times to be announced. As of now, school will not be in session on Easter Monday, April 10th.

FIELD DAY is tentatively set for Tuesday, May 9th. Christina Eickhoff has volunteered to coordinate, along with help from Amy Hagenhoff, Amber Schulte, Cindy McKenna, Crystal Hoover & Joan Doerhoff. We will still need several more volunteers, so if you are able to help, or have good ideas for the day, please contact Christina Eickhoff or the school office.

WISH LIST REQUESTS: There are several items listed on our wish list in the bulletin. If you are interested in donating, please contact the school office.
