Every year, OLOS School and schools and PSR programs around the nation assess their 5th and 8th graders through administering a test, the ACRE test (Assessment of Catechesis/ Religious Education). Students are evaluated on categories such as God, Church History, Faith Literacy, Sacraments, Morality and so on. We are pleased to announce that OLOS School students tested higher than the national averages. 8th graders scored 75%, with the national average being 71%, the parish national average – 60%, and the school national average – 73%. The 5th graders also scored 75%, with the national average being 71%, the parish national average – 61%, and the school national average – 73%. Let us continue to work together – families/church/school – to ensure our students receive the best religious education possible!

There will be no SCHOOL BOARD MEETING in February.

If school is called off for inclement weather, the lunch menu is subject to change.
