available online. To access Progress Reports on your family portal - sign in,
then follow these steps:
On left, click “Student”
On left, directly under “Student Home” click “Grades”
In upper left screen click “Midterm Progress Report”
If you have more than one student, you can switch between them on the
upper left. Please sign the slip that is enclosed in today’s folder,
acknowledging that you reviewed the report. It is a good idea to log in weekly to
check grades. This is also a good time to log in any service hours you
have performed.
K-2 Progress Reports are in
today’s folder. Look these over and if you have any questions or concerns,
please contact the classroom teacher.
K-8 PARENTS: You will find information in today’s folder regarding the Protecting God’s Children Touching Safety program being offered in your child’s classroom next week. This is the same program that we’ve had over the past several years. The enclosed form is an OPT OUT form, to be sent back only if you do NOT wish your child to participate.
PENNY WARS: The money has been
counted, and we have some happy winners! Congratulations to the 7th
& 8th Graders, who were the only class to actually end up in
the positive column! They willl be enjoying a pizza party in the
upcoming days. Final results are as follows:

Kindergarten: - 768
1st/2nd -2062
3rd/4th -7989
5th/6th -2979
7th/8th +2727
Staff -3911
We were able to raise just over $700.
All funds raised will be sent with Father Simon on his next visit home to support
school children in Uganda. Thanks to all who have sent in money for their
child’s classroom collection!
VALENTINE’S DAY: Our St. Valentine’s Day parties will be the last “classroom party” for the 2024-25 school year. A list of room parents is available in this folder. As always, we count on our wonderful room parents to plan for treats and games for the classroom. The parties will be this Friday, February 14th at 2:30 pm.
All parents should sign in at the school office. You will be able to
proceed to the classrooms at 2:30 sharp. Preschool parents – once you sign in,
you will be escorted to the preschool classroom as a group at 2:30 pm.
STUDENT COUNCIL NEWS: We are selling “Candy Grams” for Valentine’s Day for $1 each. Order
forms were sent home last week. Please
have these filled out and returned, with payment attached, by this Monday,
Feb. 10th. Thank you for supporting our fundraiser!
