Friday Newsletter 10-6-17
DONUTS WITH DAD THIS WEEK! Dads – please join your child at Mass at 8:00 am and then come on over to school for donuts and fellowship. Each class will have a short presentation for their dads. We should be finished up no later than 10:00 am. Hope to see all dads (or dad “subs”) here on Thursday!
HELP NEEDED: We are looking for one or two volunteers to help with the Donuts with Dad reception – just to help with drinks, donuts, and clean-up. Please contact Rosie if you are able to help out on Thursday. Thank you!
FANTASY NIGHT: Finalized work list should be found in today’s folder. If you were not able to sign-up and are available to work, please contact Robyn Silvey or the school office. There are still tickets to sell. At last count, we had approximately 220 of the 300 tickets turned in as sold. We appreciate all efforts to sell tickets and all the help with this event! If you need more tickets, contact one of the main ticket holders. Main ticket holders are: Mark Adrian, Monica Bittle, Ashley Groose, Ashley Kempker, Melissa Koetting, Shannon Lage, Mary’s Home Bank, and the school office.

HALLOWEEN PARTIES/PARADE: It is time to start thinking about the classroom parties and parade. We will once again get all dressed up in our Halloween costumes and take our annual “Halloween Walk”, trick-or-treating the businesses in town. Students will start getting their costumes on around 1:00 – 1:15 pm. A PERMISSION FORM IS IN TODAY’S FOLDER. PLEASE RETURN THIS FORM, COMPLETELY FILLED OUT, TO THE OFFICE IN THIS FOLDER. Room parents, remember, we count on you to plan refreshments and games! And, please – no scary or gory costumes at school. We don’t want to frighten any of the younger students!
ROOM PARENT NEEDED: The 7th & 8th grade classroom is in need of a room parent to coordinate the class parties. This person does not necessarily have to attend the parties, they would just need to coordinate with other parents for refreshments.
SHIRT ORDERS FROM STEPHS TEES should be here by Tuesday.
VOLLEYBALL NEWS: The girls won ALL THREE SETS last night against St. Joe, JC, with scores of 25-18, 25-13 & 25-12. Wow! We are so proud of you! Go Lady Cougars!
