CATHOLIC SCHOOLS’ WEEK IS HERE!!! – Jan 30- Feb. 5. We have many activities planned, beginning with
Mass and a carry in meal this Saturday, Jan. 30th. Details are
included in today’s folder. Please make special note of the items needed from
home on some of the days. Again, do not feel like you have to send in items on
all of the designated days – one or two is fine. We just want everyone to know
that even if you sent in your sign up late or not at all, we encourage ALL
STUDENTS and families to attend this Mass, and for students to sit with their
class in the front of church. We have been told that Bishop Gaydos will be
celebrating this special Mass, due to the fact that Father Pat has been ill.
Let us welcome Bishop Gaydos with a great kick-off to Catholic School ’s
Week.
ITALIAN FEAST: PLEASE TURN IN ANY
UNSOLD TICKETS. We are running short of ADULT tickets in the office.
THE 1/2ND GRADERS will

Thanks to the five drivers – Pam Groose, Kim Evers, Emily Schulte, Ashley
Kempker, & Dianne Goetz!
JUST RECEIVED: $18.97 from the Gerbes Community Rewards

what we might earn if many more signed up. See end of notes for further
details.

SILENT AUCTION CLASS BASKETS: Each
family is asked to donate to their class
basket and either donate an item per family or get a donation from a local
business or crafty friend. You can also go together with other school
families and donate bigger items as well. Together we can make sure we
continue to live up to our reputation for having an AWESOME silent auction at
our Italian Feast! Classroom themes are as follows:
PK – “Game
Night/Family Fun Night”
K – “Anything
Dr. Suess”
1/2 – “Disney”
3/4 – “Take
me out to the Ballgame – Cardinals!”

BASKETBALL UPDATE: After a
close first game last night, losing to IC, JC by only seven points, the JV Boys
WON their second game against Trinity Lutheran, 36-34! The game took about an

some very tired but enthusiastic boys Friday morning.
