School fees may include any of the following:  book, technology, van, lunch, extended care, preschool, unreturned library books, unreturned uniforms, damaged or lost textbooks, and others as deemed necessary. This would be a good time for you to also take a closer look at your school support through tithing to the parish. If you have unpaid fees, final payment notices are in today’s folder. PLEASE SEND ALL REMAINING PAYMENTS & LIBRARY BOOKS THROUGH THE SCHOOL OFFICE SO THAT YOUR ACCOUNT MAY BE CLEARED HERE FOR THE RELEASE OF GRADECARDS/DIPLOMAS/RECORDS.

THERE WILL BE NO AFTER SCHOOL CARE OFFERED ON THE FINAL DAY OF SCHOOL, MAY 15TH. This is due to the fact that there are teacher meetings scheduled for the afternoon. Before school care WILL be offered that morning.

Classroom arrangements for the 2013-14 school year will be as follows:  K/1 – Mrs. Eickhoff, 2 – Mrs. Groose, 3 – split between Mrs. Groose & Mrs. Werdehausen, 4 – Mrs. Werdehausen, 5th – Mrs. Haeffner, 6/7 – Mrs. Kempker (Reading & English – 6/7/8), 8 – Mr. Vandike –( 6/7/8 Math & Spelling 7th Science).

Thanks so much to all our great field trip drivers. We relied on many of you these last few weeks to get our students to their destinations. With the price of gas being what it is, your offer to drive means even more. We appreciate all of you!

We have been in contact with Cole R-V’s bus service provider, Durham, regarding the transportation of our students in the next school year. They are reviewing the service and putting together numbers. We will let you know just as soon as we know what they will charge us and proceed from that point. Thank you for your patience.

Thanks so much to the 7th grade parents and students who did a fantastic job of planning & hosting the 8th grade graduation. You did a great job and the 8th graders and their families truly appreciated your efforts!

OLOS Golf Tournament:  Help is needed for the Golf Tournament, coming up next Friday, May 17th at Redfield. Help is especially needed towards the end of the day (5:00 – 5:30 pm), when all coolers and signs need to be collected from the course. A couple more people are also needed to help with registration at the beginning of the tournament (around 11:30). Please contact Mark Adrian at Mary’s Home Bank (498-3920) or at home (498-6494) with your offer to help. Thank you!
