Please pray for these students and all students from Our Lady of the Snows Parish.

CONGRATULATIONS to Jessica Kempker & Greg Connell, newly elected members of the School Advisory Council. We thank outgoing member, Monica Bittle, for serving the past few years and to Monica, Cindy McKenna, & Ashley Burnett for being willing to run for election to the Council. We appreciate your enthusiasm!

FINAL PRESCHOOL BILLS are in today’s folder, for any who have a balance due. Final payment is due no later than May 1, 2024.

SERVICE HOURS: Please take the time to update your service hours. Remember - the expectation is that you do at least 20 hours per household per school year, and this does not include your child’s service hours. IF YOU HAVE LESS THAN 20 HOURS LOGGED, YOU WILL FIND YOUR REPORT IN TODAY’S FOLDER. If you are not able to fulfill this obligation, you may pay the hours out @ $10/hour. (20 hrs = $200)

VOCATIONS DAY: 6th & 7th graders will all be attending Vocations Day on Wednesday, May 1st, at Our Lady of Lourdes in Columbia. Thanks so much to Amber Schulte & Roselyn Wood for volunteering to drive our students. Lunch is provided onsite for this event.

FISHING DAY AT LEPPER LAKE for 2nd through 8th graders will be this Tuesday, April 23, 2024, departing from school @ 12:00 noon.  DRIVERS – Please arrive by 11:50 am, park behind the gym, and stay with your vehicles. This will allow time for students to finish lunch and get ready to depart and avoid confusion. School staff will bring the students to your vehicle.

ICE CREAM TO SUPPORT OUR $6000 GOAL TO HELP BUILD A SCHOOL IN UGANDA! During the last two weeks of school, students will have the opportunity near the end of each school day to purchase a frozen treat for $1. If students buy a treat every day they will be offered, they will need to bring in $8 BUT feel free to send in extra $ in support of the cause, to cover the expense, and for any student who may forget or not be able to afford a daily treat. Thank you for supporting this great cause! More details enclosed in today’s folder.

FUNDRAISING DANCE PROCEEDS: $738 dance, $400 Pizza Kwik = Total $1138. Thanks to Cindy McKenna for coordinating this fundraiser and the volunteers who helped out that evening!

FIELD DAY-MARK YOUR CALENDAR! Tuesday, April 30, 2024. Much help will be needed. Please return the enclosed volunteer form if you can help that day.

DRESS DOWN PASSES & PICTURE DAY: All currently issued dress down passes expire at the end of this school year. We are asking all students (except preschoolers) to be in school uniform on Thursday, April 25th for group picture taking.

FACEBOOK ALERT! Be watching for new faces to be joining us @ OLOS next year. We will be featuring new preschoolers and new students as they join our school family.
