If you have more than one student, you can switch between them on the upper left. Please sign the slip that was enclosed in last week’s folder, acknowledging that you reviewed the report. It is a good idea to log in weekly to check grades.

K-2 Progress Reports were enclosed in last week’s folder. Look these over and if you have any questions or concerns, please contact the classroom teacher.

MAY CROWNING: Friday, May 1st is May Crowning @ 8:00. Every year we ask parents to send in flowers to place at the foot of the Mary statue. Flowers don’t need to be purchased. Wildflowers or other simple flowers are perfect.

YEARBOOK: Order forms for the 25-26 yearbook were in last week’s folder. If you have misplaced yours and would still like to order, just send payment of $25 in an envelope and note that it is for a yearbook. All yearbook order forms and payment are due this MONDAY, APRIL 27TH.

SERVICE HOURS: A service hours summary (as of 4/20/26) is enclosed in today’s folder. A minimum of 20 hours of service for parents/guardians is required each school year. Unfulfilled hours are billed out at $20/hour. Please, if you have hours that are not logged, get your summary updated before Monday. If you are helping with any upcoming events, please make a fair estimate of time you will be serving & go ahead and log those hours as well.

SCHOOL FEES: All outstanding school fees must be paid no later than this Monday, April 27th. School fees include, but are not limited to, preschool, lunch, extended care, lost textbooks &/or chromebooks, chargers, lost library books, etc.  Drop in extended care bills will be monitored and must be paid before the end of the year. Final grade cards/diplomas will be held for non-payment of fees.
