included in the folder, but if you need help, please contact Rosie in the
school office. We would like to have all re-enrollment and new student
enrollment completed by MONDAY, APRIL 14TH. All submitting
the online enrollment packet by that date will receive a BONUS DRESS DOWN
PASS for the new school year.

Lepper Lake is planned for this upcoming Wednesday, April 2, 2025, from
approximately 12:00 noon through 3:00 pm. Please send in $ for Ice Cream 4

Please pull into parking lot behind gym. No need to enter the building, we
will bring the students to you. We do have a limited number of fishing
rods available for student use. However, if your child has their own, they are
encouraged and welcome to bring it, along with any tackle & bait they may
have.
FIELD DAY NEWS: Field Day is Tuesday, April 29th. Several members of the Field Day Committee met Monday night to begin to plan & coordinate this event. While they are still in early planning stages, we do know that much help will be needed for this event and we will need extra drinks & snacks that day. Please contact Amber Schulte in the school office if you can help that day, are able to provide drinks & snacks, or would like to help coordinate & plan.
PANTS/SHORTS POLICY: Full length pants must be worn October 1 – March 31. Administration may choose to designate a “short pants” day during this time frame.
Students may begin wearing shorts on an ongoing basis beginning April 1st.
STEP-UP MORNING – MONDAY, APRIL 28TH: We invite all new preschoolers and any new
student to attend the “Step Up” morning, (7:30 am – 9:00 am) which will help
orient our new enrollees to the “school experience”. All current students will
advance to the next grade for that same period of time to get an idea of what
their next school year might be like. Please contact Rosie or Amber in the
school office if you are interested in sending your new student to join us that
morning.
CANDY FOR EGGS & 7/8 GRADERS: Please send in candy or treats for our Easter Egg Hunt, which will be on Tuesday, April 22, when we return from Easter Break. We have plastic eggs – just need the treats to fill them with. Thank you!
FANTASY NIGHT 2025 DATE SET: Mark your calendar now for Saturday, October 18, 2025 for our Fantasy Night event. The date for this annual fundraiser was moved to the third weekend of the month due to our grill masters having a family wedding on the second weekend of October.
SERVICE HOURS: Please take time now to log service hours on your family portal. Remember that all households (between the two parents/guardians) must perform at least 20 hours of service to the school and/or parish each school year. This requirement does not include student service hours, which are performed within the classroom/school day. In lieu of the hours, you may choose to pay out the time @ $10/hr. (Next school year the fee will be $20/hr.). Please call Rosie in the school office if you have any questions.
